I’ve stayed here for a few weeks now for work and I wish I would’ve discovered this hotel sooner. The staff are amazing. Any issue I’ve had has been resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds, fast internet, clean rooms. I can’t say enough good things about this place. 10 stars
We've stayed here many times over the years with more or less positive experiences. Most recently, the coffeemaker in our room was missing a critical part. The manager on duty followed through with a new maker. The staff is friendly and demonstrates a willingness to please. Despite the heavy use it gets, the overall property is fairly well maintained.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sleep Inn & Suites and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with the friendly and welcoming staff making me feel right at home. My room was impressively clean and provided a quiet, peaceful retreat after a long day. The highlight, however, was the stunning view overlooking the area – it was truly beautiful and added a special touch to my stay. Considering the high quality of the accommodation and the excellent service, I found the price to be very competitive and affordable. I would highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and great value stay.
The door to the room would stick wherever it was opened in any position, rubbing hard against the carpet. There was only 1/2 of 1 roll of toilet paper and it was never replaced. Bought my own. Everything else was great and the breakfast was good.
Such a nice clean hotel....smelled clean as soon as we walked thru the doors The beds were very comfortable. We had a handicap room and it was very large. Breakfast did come with it as well... typical but ok. Ten minutes from downtown Huntsville where we enjoyed Dinner and drinks. Huntsville has a lot to offer. Would definitely recommend.
I’ve stayed here a few times before when travelling for business and can say that the service, cleanliness, and amenities are high quality and consistent. The rooms and public areas are very clean. All staff I have come in contact with are friendly and professional. The free breakfast is great with variety. Additionally, the location is amazing and close to many bars and restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone travelling for work or leisure!
What an absolutely gorgeous facility. You can tell the moment you walk in the front doors, that this place is taking care of as it should be. From along the edges of the walls to the carpeting in the lobby, this place is definitely well taken care of. If you're going to the US rocket center, or anywhere else in huntsville, this particular sleep inn is your destination for comfort and cleanliness. You'll enjoy the continental breakfast and the expansive parking. We didn't even hear the road noise
Great desk service! Great manners. Great cleanliness of room! There’s just a little bit of musty or moldy smell, I can’t tell what. It quickly goes away with acclimation.
